Jack Larson, Chairman

 

Jack is a resident of Mora.

 

Jack has been employed at Bernicks for 21 years. 

 

Jack currently volunteers with Lakes and Pines tax preparations, East Central Energy park clean up and is a former scout master.

 

Jack is married and enjoys spending time with his four children.

 

 


 

Joseph Johnson, Vice Chairman

 

Joe is a resident of Shafer.

 

Joe is retired from his General Contracting business; Joseph E. Johnson & Son, Inc. He has a professional background with Union Bank and Trust, ING 

Trust where he was a Senior Vice President and National Sales Manager.  He served 28 years as a Naval Reserve officer and retired as Captain.

 

Joe's community involvement has included, Vice President and Board member, St. Paul Jaycees 6 years; President and Board member of St. Paul Home Builders

Association 6 years; Board of Directors St. Paul Athletic Club 4 years; Board of Directors YMCA Camp Widjiwagan 8 years; Board of Directors, President St. Paul

Downtown Kiwanis Club 4 years; Board Member, Committee Chair, and Board Chair, United Way of the St. Paul Area 8 years, Committee Chair and member

of Statewide Organizing Committee of A Minnesota Without Poverty 7 years, Board member and President of several church congregations 10 years.

 

Joe's enjoys his family and his interests include hunting, fishing, travel, music and volunteering.

 


 

Olwen Skogerson, Treasurer

 

 

Olwen is a resident of Cambridge.

 

Olwen has a professional background as a Bookkeeper and in Management. She is employed with Cambridge Floral.

 

Olwen's community involvement has included Blandin Leadership Group, Parent Volunteer in School District 911, and Cambridge Chamber volunteer

 

 

 


 

Launa Hollen, Secretary

 

Launa is a resident of Isanti.

 

Launa is employed at Cambridge Medical Center as an administration assistant in nursing administration and has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services.

Launa has served as a committee member for New Pathways – Outreach.

 

Launa enjoys her family and takes great pride in her grandchildren.  She enjoys reading and acrylic painting.

 

 


 

Bob Fedderly

 

Bob is a resident of Wyoming.

 

Bob is employed as a realtor with Edina Realty and has a professional background as a High School English Teacher and also was a Coach at Forest Lake High School.

 

Bob enjoys travel and spending time with his family.

 

 

 

 


 

Jeremy Fossum

 

Jeremy is a resident of St. Croix Falls, WI

 

Jeremy is employed as an Engineer at Andersen Corporation.  He is involved at Pine Technical College in a variety of areas including grant support and

committees, Habitat for Humanity Builds Early 2000 to present and also a variety of volunteering activities in the community.

 

Jeremy is a sports enthusiast, and loves spending time with his family and friends.

 

 

 


 

Cheryl Johnson

 

Cheryl is a resident of St. Croix Falls, WI

 

Cheryl has been a Chiropractor for 19 years, and is a Board Member of St. Croix Fall Rotary Club, Volga Cemetery and also a commandant of Bayfield WI

Yacht Club Bayfield Yacht Club. 

 

Cheryl enjoys her time with family and her love for sailing.

 

 

 


 

Mark Karnowski

 

Mark is a resident of Lindstrom.

 

Mark is employed as City Administrator of Princeton.  His background includes high school teacher in Puerto Rico, local radio stations, the Chisago County

Press, committee administrator for the Minnesota Senate and a Victim/Witness Advocate for Chisago County Attorney’s Office.

 

Formerly involved with Chisago Lake Sportsmen’s Club (10 years), Chisago Lakes Lion’s Club (35 yrs), Community Partnership for Youth & Families (2 yrs), Lindstrom

Commercial Club (10 years), currently active with the Princeton Rotary Club (9 years).  Formerly on Government Training Services Board of Directors (10 yrs),

League of Minnesota Cities Board of Directors (3 yrs),  Currently on League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust Board of Directors  (4 yrs), Minnesota Clerks and

Finance Officers Assoc. (29 years)

 

Mark enjoys his family, going to the cabin, and is a collector of old music, political buttons, reads trivia and cooks.

 


 

Sherwood McKinnis

 

 

Sherwood is a resident of Cambridge, MN

 

Sherwood is an Attorney and Business Partner of Lindberg & McKinnis, P.A.  His Professional Associations and Memberships include the Minnesota Association

or Justice (formerly Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association), Minnesota State Bar Association and Eighteenth Judicial District Ethics Committee.  

 

Sherwood and his wife have 2 children and a grandchild. Sherwood enjoys pheasant hunting, cycling, reading, cooking and the outdoors.

 

 

 


 

John Wheelock

 

John is a resident of Cambridge, MN

 

John is a retired chaplain from Hazelden Foundation and his professional background includes USAF veteran, parish pastor and chemical dependency chaplain.

John drives veterans to appointments @ DVAMC, Research’s donated books @ ECRL.. Treasurer local chapter of Vietnam Veterans of

America.

 

John’s interests include theology, sociology, reading, music and the theatre.  He plays in a community concert band and also sings in his church choir
