Welcome to Family Pathways' community website!

All of us, staff and volunteers alike, take great pride in this grassroots, community-based agency.  We want to share a little about the services we provide.  Family Pathways changes people's lives by:

• providing senior services, including companionship and respite care, to the elderly so they may live in independence with dignity.
• providing hope and nourishment to adults and children in crisis with our food pantry and community advocacy program
• building awareness and sensitivity in youth and their families with our youth service programs.

For the past 28 years, we have served communities in Chisago, Isanti, Pine, Kanabec, and Mille Lacs counties.   Family Pathways has expanded in response to needs in the communities of East Central Minnesota -- extending into the town of Forest Lake, building new programs for children and teens, and adding new services based on the needs of our community.
