Food Shelves
Family Pathways offers healthy food through our 9 food shelves in Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, and Pine Counties in Minnesota and Polk County in Wisconsin. Families and individuals may shop once a month and at additional weekly visits to choose fresh fruits, vegetables, bread, and dairy. Additional assistance is provided about other available resources and services.
Domestic Violence & Sexual Assault Services
Family Pathways’ Black Dog Hill Shelter
Accessible 24 hrs a day, providing safe, emergency housing and support for victims of domestic abuse and their children | 24-Hour Crisis Hotline (800) 338-SAFE (7233).
Aging Services
Helping older adults and their caregivers age well at home
Family Pathways Parenting Time Services
- Allows children and their non-custodial parents to spend quality time together in a safe, neutral, supervised environment.
- Professionally trained staff and volunteers provide observation, documentation and intervention when necessary.
