Homemaking
Our staff of Homemakers provide light housekeeping tasks in older adults home’s throughout Kanabec, Pine, Mille Lacs, Isanti, and Chisago County. Common tasks may include assistance with preparing meals, picking up a grocery order or other personal items, answering or making phone calls/other electronic communication or doing light housework (including but not limited to laundry and floor care in kitchen & bathroom).

Family Pathways programs are supported, in part, by the Federal Older Americans Act via contract with Central Minnesota Council on Aging under an Area Plan approved by the MN Board on Aging, a Live Well at Home grant from the Minnesota Department of Human Services, local donors, cost share contributions, and our Family Pathways Thrift Stores.
