Domestic Violence is widespread throughout our communities and is a public health epidemic.
Family Pathways will be offering a “refresher” Lethality Assessment training and a presentation regarding strangulation (risk assessment and domestic and sexual violence). This three-hour training will be delivered by multiple professionals in the field and by the end of the training, you will know and understand the risks associated for victims of domestic violence and whether their situation could be potentially lethal.
This training is for professionals supporting domestic violence and crime victims, including advocacy groups, attorneys, law enforcement, victim witness coordinators, parole and probation officers, child service providers, healthcare providers, and other community partners.
