Pathways Perks Terms & Conditions

1. You may request a physical Pathways Perks card in-store or register for a virtual card. To join the register your physical card or a virtual card, go to https://familypathways.myloyaltyhub.com/en/registration.
2. To participate in this program, you must be 14 years of age or older.
3. If you have a physical card, you must register it before you can redeem points.
4. As of August 1, 2026, a Member’s Pathways Perks Balance will expire after 12 months of inactivity. Inactivity is defined as a card not being scanned for a purchase or redemption within a 12 month period.
5. Expired points cannot be reinstated.
6. A Member’s Profile will be erased after 24 months of inactivity in accordance with mandated data privacy requirements. Inactivity is defined as a card not being scanned for a purchase or redemption within a 24 month period.
7. Only one Pathways Perks Card can be associated with your account.
8. Your Pathways Perks Card or phone number* must be presented at time of purchase to collect or redeem points.
9. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide their Pathways Perks card or their phone number to the Family Pathways Thrift Store sales associate. Points cannot be provided for previous transactions.
10. You will receive 1 point for every dollar spent. Points will be accumulated on the amount of the pre-tax total of the transaction, after discounts, coupons and Pathways Perks points redemptions are applied.
11. Pathways Perks points and rewards are non-transferable. You may not combine the points from multiple cards or transfer points to another profile or card.
12. For every 250 points earned, you’ll receive a $10 Pathways Perks reward you may redeem on your next shopping trip.
13. The value on your Pathways Perks card is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for gift cards or cash.
14. Points and rewards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
15. Family Pathways reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or violation of program terms.

18. Family Pathways reserves the right to end the Pathways Perks program at any time.
19. Family Pathways reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.

* Account look-up is not available at the Onamia Thrift Shop. Customers must present a physical card or display a virtual card on their phone.
