What is a School Supply Drive?

YOU and your co-workers (customers, members, friends/family, students) become a circle of support for a student in crisis by providing a collection box and fun promotions to collect school supplies and financial donations. Filled backpacks will be distributed to each of Family Pathways 9 food shelves across East Central MN and Western WI, plus the domestic abuse emergency shelter at Black Dog Hill. These are fun and positive team building experiences—hosted by businesses, schools, organizations, religious groups and individuals—that can help your group feel more connected to the community and one another. Family Pathways works alongside School Supply Drive Hosts providing support materials and overall moral support.

Other Items to Collect?

As we enter a new school year, our food shelves experience a significant increase in demand for pantry-stable snack items and after-school dinner options. These essential supplies support the children participating in our Backpack Program. This program is dedicated to providing students in local school districts with access to nutritious after-school snacks and easy-to-prepare meals, ensuring they have the sustenance they need to thrive both academically and physically.

We invite you to make a meaningful impact by hosting your own School Supply and Backpack Program Drive. Your support will help us stock our shelves with the necessary items and continue to serve the growing needs of our community’s children. Together, we can make sure every child has the resources they need for a successful and healthy school year.

-Healthy Snacks (nuts, dried fruit, granola bars, etc.)
-Canned Meals (spaghettios, ravioli, etc.)
-Canned Fruit
-Peanut Butter & Jelly

-Canned Meat (chicken, tuna, etc.)
-Mac N’ Cheese/Ramen

Supply Drop-off

Drop off collected supplies at any Families Pathways Food Shelf or at our Admin Office during Business Hours at 6413 Oak Street North Branch, MN. 55056.
